Sasha Dubodel | Rasvet Jewelry
It's not a secret that I'm a bit of a crow - so I wanted to show you the way that this minimalist silver ring, available in the shop now, catches the light with just the aid of high polish and a partially hammered surface. ⚫️ I find hammering to be a great way to give nuance to a piece and in the back of my head, I seem to recall reading that this is a technique employed by the Vikings, who primarily used silver for their jewels without a strong gemstone tradition. I tired to look this up for the post, but cannot seem to find a proper reference. I'll keep looking and will be sure to let you know when I find something solid.
